4. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 7-10 business days)
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
• Your access to the course materials will be revoked upon refund approval

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Refund requests made after the 7-day window from enrollment
• Courses that have been fully completed or substantially accessed
• Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise specified)
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions or course policies
• Technical issues on the student's end (hardware, internet connectivity, etc.)

Course Modifications

ConvAI Innovations reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors at any time. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund unless they fundamentally alter the nature of the course as described at the time of enrollment.

Cancellations by ConvAI Innovations

In the rare event that ConvAI Innovations cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
